The objective of this semester course is a deep and comprehensive analysis of the macroeconomic theory of open economies and international finance.
The course also covers a selective review of relevant international evidence.
Students are exposed to a large problem set based on the models covered in class.
At the end of the course the student should be familiar with frontier models and issues of international macroeconomic theory and international finance.
